The Light Meditation is a work from the series “Gaming as a Method of Sound Production,” developed during residency at ESPRONCEDA Institute of Art & Culture (Barcelona). Conceived as a VR-based sonic experience, it guides audiences into immersive sound meditation through flickering light synchronised with alpha-band brainwaves and interactive audio. The project creates a spiritual, non-linear experience grounded in embodied ritual, countering data-driven, purely analytical modes of perception shaped by technological environments.
